Tithe is built to need as little about you as possible. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no analytics or advertising trackers, and we set no cookies of our own. This policy explains what little is processed when you use tithe.fun, and by whom.
1. The short version
- We do not ask for your name, email or any contact details.
- We do not run analytics, tracking pixels or ad networks.
- Your wallet address and your transactions are public on the blockchain. That is how blockchains work, not something we control.
- A few services the site needs (hosting, wallet connection, blockchain data, fonts) see technical data such as your IP address when your browser talks to them.
2. Blockchain data is public
When you launch a coin, create a vault, trade, or connect a wallet, your wallet address and transactions are recorded on public blockchains (Robinhood Chain, Base, Ethereum). Anyone can see them, and they cannot be changed or deleted, by you or by us. The site reads and displays this public data, for example a coin's creator address, its trades and its payouts. It is not personal data we collect; it is already public.
3. Connecting a wallet
The wallet picker is provided by Privy, and some wallets connect through WalletConnect. When you connect, these services process your wallet address and technical data needed to make the connection, under their own privacy policies. We only use your wallet address in your browser, to show your coins and vaults and prepare transactions for you to sign. We never have access to your private keys or recovery phrase, and we will never ask for them.
4. What you publish when launching a coin
A coin's name, ticker, description, links and image are published on-chain and on the site, and may be permanent. When you add an image, it is uploaded to our hosting provider's file storage (Vercel Blob) and given a public link so Pons and the site can show it. Do not put personal information in anything you publish.
5. Technical data seen by services the site uses
Like any website, loading tithe.fun means your browser contacts servers, which see your IP address, browser type and the pages or data requested. These services are:
- Vercel, which hosts the site and may keep standard server logs for security and operation;
- Robinhood Chain's RPC and PublicNode (for Base), which answer the blockchain reads your browser makes, such as balances and trades;
- Google Fonts, which serves the site's fonts, and Google Cloud Storage, which serves some charity logos;
- Privy and WalletConnect, when you use the wallet picker.
We do not combine this with anything else to identify you, and we do not sell or share it.
6. Storage in your browser
We set no cookies of our own. The wallet connection may store data in your browser (such as local storage) so it can remember your connected wallet between visits. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings or by disconnecting.
7. The keeper
Our keeper, which sends payout transactions, works only with public on-chain data about coins and vaults. It does not process information about visitors.
8. Links to other sites
The site links to block explorers, Pons, Endaoment, donate.gg, recipients' websites and social media. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data about you. Because we do not keep accounts or profiles, we generally hold nothing that identifies you. For data held by the services listed above, contact them directly. Data on a blockchain cannot be changed or deleted by anyone.
10. Children
The site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly process data about children.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. If we ever start collecting anything new, such as analytics, this page will say so first.
