These terms apply to your use of tithe.fun and everything on it (the "site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. What Tithe is
Tithe is a website that helps you interact with public smart contracts on Robinhood Chain and other blockchains. Through it you can launch a coin on Pons, create a vault, link a coin to a vault, trade coins, and read public on-chain data. The contracts run on public blockchains, not on our servers. Tithe is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, money transmitter, charity, or financial adviser.
Tithe never holds your funds. Every transaction is created in your own wallet, signed by you, and sent by you to the blockchain.
2. Who can use it
You may use the site only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), you are legally able to agree to these terms, and your use is legal where you are. You may not use the site if you are subject to sanctions, or are in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including tax laws.
3. Your wallet
You connect your own wallet to use the site. You alone control it and are responsible for its security, your private keys and recovery phrase, and every transaction you approve. We cannot see, recover, reverse or cancel your transactions, and we cannot restore access to a wallet.
4. Coins are created by users
Coins launched through the site are created by the people who launch them, not by Tithe. We do not review, endorse, audit, list for investment, or vouch for any coin, its creator, its name, image, description or links. A coin appearing on the site is not a recommendation. Tithe does not launch or promote coins for investment, and does not promise any coin will have value, liquidity or a market.
Only coins launched by Tithe's own published wallets may use a name that reads as "Tithe". Any other coin presenting itself as official is not ours.
5. Recipients
Charities, organisations, creators and people listed on the site are shown only to identify where a coin's fees can be sent. Listing them does not mean they endorse, are affiliated with, have agreed to, or even know about Tithe or any coin. Names and logos belong to their owners.
Payments to recipients are made by smart contracts to addresses taken from public sources, as described on the Verify page. We work to get these right but do not guarantee that an address is, or remains, controlled by the named recipient. A charity is credited through a third-party platform (Endaoment or donate.gg) under that platform's own rules.
A custom address is whatever the person launching the coin entered. We do not check who controls it. It is shown as "Custom address", never with a name, and payments to it cannot be undone.
Fees sent to a recipient through a coin are not a personal donation by you or by the coin's creator, and no one receives a tax receipt from Tithe. Speak to a tax adviser about your situation.
6. How the contracts behave
When a coin is launched or a vault is created, its recipient, split and destination are fixed in a smart contract and cannot be changed by anyone, including you and us. Pons, the underlying launchpad, can reassign a coin's fee recipient under its own rules, as described in the Docs. Payouts depend on third parties (including Pons, the Across bridge, Uniswap, Chainlink, Endaoment and donate.gg) and on someone sending the transactions that move fees; they may be delayed or may fail. The Docs describe how the system works, but the deployed contract code is what governs.
7. Fees
Launching a coin or creating a vault costs the fees shown on the site before you sign, plus network gas. Pons, bridges, exchanges and other third parties charge their own fees. Fees are paid on-chain and are not refundable. The Fees page describes them; the amounts in your wallet's confirmation are what apply.
8. Risks you accept
Using blockchains and crypto assets carries serious risk. By using the site you understand and accept that, among other things:
- coins are highly speculative and you can lose everything you put in;
- prices can be manipulated, liquidity can disappear, and coins can become worthless;
- smart contracts, including ours and Pons's, can contain bugs or be exploited, and ours have not had a formal audit;
- blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed;
- bridges, networks, oracles and other third-party services can fail, pause or change;
- laws and regulations about crypto assets can change and may affect you or the site;
- information on the site can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and on-chain data is the source of truth.
9. What you must not do
- break any law, or use the site for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or market manipulation;
- impersonate Tithe, a recipient, or anyone else, or launch a coin designed to mislead people about who is behind it or who it benefits;
- upload images or text you do not have the right to use, or that are illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringe anyone's rights;
- attack, overload, scrape at harmful volume, or interfere with the site or its infrastructure;
- use the site to harm, harass or defraud others.
We may hide coins, images or content from the site, or limit access to it, at our discretion. We cannot remove anything from a blockchain.
10. Content you provide
When you launch a coin you provide a name, ticker, description, image and links. These are published on-chain and on the site and may be permanent. You confirm you have the right to use them and give us a worldwide, free licence to display them on the site. Uploaded images are stored with our hosting provider at a public link.
11. Third-party services
The site relies on and links to services we do not control, including Pons, Robinhood Chain, Across, Uniswap, Chainlink, Endaoment, donate.gg, Privy, WalletConnect, block explorers and wallet providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.
12. Our site and code
The site's design, text and branding belong to Tithe. Smart contract source code is published and verified on-chain so anyone can inspect it. You may not use the Tithe name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or your coin.
13. No warranties
The site and contracts are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or that they are free of errors or vulnerabilities, to the fullest extent the law allows.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Tithe and the people who build and run it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, coins, profits, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the site, the contracts, any coin, or any third-party service, even if we were told such loss was possible. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid to Tithe in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
15. Indemnity
You agree to cover Tithe and the people who build and run it against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the site, the coins you launch or the content you provide, or your breach of these terms or of any law.
16. Changes
We may change the site or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms. Changes cannot alter contracts already deployed.
17. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms are the whole agreement between you and Tithe about the site.
